Earnest Parsons obtained his BSc in Microbiology & Immunology (1996) and his MSc in Obstetrics & Gynecology (1997) at the University of British Columbia. His experience spans three industries with a common theme: application of science and medicine to the real world.

Matthew Leung, PhD

Advisor

Matthew Leung completed his PhD McGill University. A prestigious Vanier Scholarship from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research supported his PhD research. During his research career, Matthew has investigated the ontological process of natural killer (NK) cell education and its role in determining the potential of NK cells to mediate direct and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC).

Michael Garret, PhD

Since 1995, Dr. Garret has been a faculty member at Memorial University of Newfoundland in the Division of BioMedical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, where he studies the immunology of HIV infection.
